Define a certain message that will appear on the monitor screen of your customer after they book a product on your web site. This message can also be sent to customer’s mail, depending on the scenario you choose.

Entering online booking messages

  1. Choose Options → Online booking messages from the main menu.
  2. List of all online booking messages will appear.
  3. Message ID is the first column.
  4. Description column explains scenario after which a message will appear and where will appear.
  5. Subject column shows the text in subject of the message or e-mail.
  6. Message column shows the text that will appear after the scenario happens.

Editing online booking messages

  1. Choose Options → Online booking messages from the main menu.
  2. Double click the row or click Edit icon.
  3. Edit message window will appear.
  4. Add the text of the message or edit the existing one.
    NOTE: Tags in the upper right corner can help you to standard the message form and make a template for each customer.
  1. Enter Subject tab.
  2. Add the text of the subject or edit the existing one.
  3. Click OK to save changes.
