Define a certain message that will appear on the monitor screen of your customer after they book a product on your web site. This message can also be sent to customer’s mail, depending on the scenario you choose.
Entering online booking messages
- Choose Options → Online booking messages from the main menu.
- List of all online booking messages will appear.
- Message ID is the first column.
- Description column explains scenario after which a message will appear and where will appear.
- Subject column shows the text in subject of the message or e-mail.
- Message column shows the text that will appear after the scenario happens.
Editing online booking messages
- Choose Options → Online booking messages from the main menu.
- Double click the row or click Edit icon.
- Edit message window will appear.
- Add the text of the message or edit the existing one.
NOTE: Tags in the upper right corner can help you to standard the message form and make a template for each customer.
- Enter Subject tab.
- Add the text of the subject or edit the existing one.
- Click OK to save changes.
