By adding custom fields on passengers you can define your own filter parameters and find passengers that correspond to defined parameters. By using it you can fasten your search.
- Go to Partners > Passengers
- In a list Passengers choose one and click on Edit.
- Click on a tab Custom fields.
- Add New custom field create new custom field.
- New custom field window appears.
- Choose Custom field type as one of listed types in the drop down list according to the nature of your custom information.
NOTE: You can choose between six custom field types: text box, drop down list, text area,check box, editor or date.
- Enter the name of the custom field in the Name field and enter the description of the custom field in the Description field.
- Define custom default values in the Default values field by using Add new value button.
- Click OK to save changes.
- Specify characteristics of the passengers with entering or selecting information values in the newly created custom field.
- Click OK to save changes.
NOTE: Once custom fields created, it will be visible on every passenger in the system with no need to enter it again. Custom field will be optional for all passengers, they will just have a different values.
HINT: For example, you can create a custom fields “Problematic passengers” and form it as a check box. If you tick one passenger as problematic, in the list of passengers if filtering “Problematic customers” that are set, you will see that he will appear in the results.
