This month, we are launching exciting product updates in Lemax. Learn about the details below (available from 23rd January 2025).

What’s new

Added new filters for reservation creation and travel dates to the Special offers grid.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Benefit for the users

The SPO list will automatically show the active special offers.

How it works

Products/Supplier special offers and Products/Company special offers

  • Added a new filter named “Reservation creation dates“ with the prepopulated start date = today
  • Added a new filter named “Travel dates“ with the prepopulated start date = today

What’s new

Automatic actions are logged in Activity on the reservation.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Previously, automatic actions in the Reservation Activity log left the “User” column empty, making it unclear what action had been executed.

Benefit for the users

Users can now clearly see which actions were executed automatically, improving transparency and traceability.

How it works

Renamed Column: “User” → “Executed by”

The “User” column on the Activity tab has been renamed “Executed by.” This change clarifies that actions may not only be executed by users but also by the system.

Automatic actions printed in the Executed by column

When an automatic action is executed, it will appear in the “Executed by” column in the format “Automatic action: [Action Name]”.

What’s new

The “Group Name” field is clickable and redirects the user to the corresponding group details page.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Currently, users must navigate multiple steps to open a group from the subgroups grid, which is inefficient and time-consuming.

Benefit for the users

Adding a clickable link to the “Group Name” field will streamline this process, improving usability.

How it works

  • The “Group Name” field in the subgroups grid is converted into a hyperlink
  • Clicking the hyperlink opens the details page of the respective group.
  • The link is styled consistently with existing design guidelines for clickable elements.

What’s new

Added dates to the Subgroup field in the Operations Report.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Previously, the filter displayed only the group (destination) name and subgroup name, which caused confusion when multiple subgroups shared the same name.

How it works

Added dates to the Subgroup field in the Operations Report.

What’s new

On the Basic Services page, unsaved units, currently colored in red, will now automatically appear at the bottom of the combo box. The combo box will display all saved units at the top, followed by a separator, and then all unsaved units.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Often, Unsaved units were opened initially when editing the Basic services on the contract.

Benefit for the users

Focus on editing basic services will be on the units belonging to this contract.

How it works

Red units at the bottom of the combo box
