Automatic action on reservation Custom field change
What’s new
We had added a “Custom field on reservation updated” event, allowing for automated actions upon changes in custom fields.
This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.
Problem being solved
Before this addition, the system could not start the automatic action upon custom field change.
Benefit for the users
Adding the “Custom field on reservation updated” event improves automation capabilities and enhances customization.
How it works
The “Custom field on reservation updated” event is added:
- with conditions
- new CF value
- old CF value
The trigger attached to this event can only check for/watch a single CF.
Company SPO to have a fixed amount discount
What’s new
Company SPO will now have the possibility to calculate a fixed amount.
This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.
Problem being solved
Currently, only a percentage amount is allowed when defining Company Special offers.
This development will enable defining fixed amounts in a set currency on the Company SPO.
Benefit for the users
The update addresses the limitation of only being able to define percentage-based offers. By allowing fixed amounts, the system becomes more versatile and adaptable to a broader range of promotional scenarios.
How it works
The new type of Company SPO
The type of the Company Special Offer will be defined as Fixed. Based on the type selection, a fixed discount in a set currency will be defined. This amount will apply to the selling price.
Selling price
The defined amount will apply to both Gross and Net selling prices and will have the same billing type as the basic service of the Product(s) to which the Company Special Offer is connected/specified.
