What’s new? We have added the Option button to the Import flight tickets screen.

Benefits? This change allows you to import flight tickets in the Option reservation status. Until now, the flight tickets could have been imported only in the Confirmed reservation status. As you cannot change status from Confirmed back to Option reservation status, we decided to add this option to the import screen to enable this reservation status as well.

How? Go to Reservations →  Flight tickets. Select the flight ticket(s) you want to import in one status and click the Import button.

Notice the new Option button. Choose one of the two buttons from the screen to import the tickets with this reservation status.

NOTE: Only for customers who have Amadeus/Galileo flight tickets import module.
