What’s new?  Due to the system’s improvements, we have added the Customer drop down list inside the Travel product search window. From now on, you can enter a customer’s name straight away when doing a travel products search.

Benefits? This option is useful because when you type in a customer’s name, the search results will show the prices according to the market that this customer is placed on. Another benefit is that if a currency is set on the customer, the system will show the search results in that currency. Furthermore, if you use the contingents’ functionality the search results will show the number of units that are available for that specific customer.

How? Open Reservations → New Reservation and select one customer in the Customer drop down list. Click on the Search button.

Once you type the customer’s name, notice how the search results may change because they have now became personalized depending on the selected customer and its settings.
