Coupon codes can be activated in two ways:

  • Activating coupon in back office:
    1. Use Create reservation for travel product in the system instructions from our Manual to enter Travel products search window.
    2. Add coupon code inside Coupon code text box and click Apply label next to it.
    3. The total price will change accordingly.
    4. The message “The coupon code has been successfully validated” will appear.
      NOTE: If the code is not correct or if some parameter is not applied to this coupon, the next message will appear “The coupon code is not valid for this reservation.”
  •  Activating coupon in online booking
  1. Enter online booking form.
  2. Locate Coupon code text box at the end of the form.
  3. Enter the code.
    NOTE: If the code is not correct or if some parameter is not applied to this coupon, the next message will appear “Invalid coupon code.”
