What’s new? In order to improve the system, we have reorganized the Reservation details form to be more intuitive and user friendly. We also added a separate Copy button for making a quick reservation copy.

Benefits? When entering a reservation, the field order is now even more intuitive than before. You will find all the important information on the top of the Reservation details view and will be able to do a quick reservation copy by clicking on the new Copy button. This new fields organization, along with the Copy button, will make your work faster and even easier than the previous field set up, especially when you have two offers to send to the customer.

How?  There is now a Copy button visible on the Reservations details form.

This button gives you the possibility to copy the whole reservation, with all the items. Once you click it, you can choose to copy the passengers or skip that step and click OK.

The moment you click OK, the copy is made and the new reservation is opened for editing. Notice the new Reservation number on the top of the window.

Remember that you still can create a reservation copy from the Reservations grid, as we did not remove that functionality.

Besides the new Copy button, when entering a Reservation details form, you will notice a different, much more intuitive field order. All the information, that is more important and most useful to you, is put on the top for the quick access.

The Edit payers option is also changed. The option is moved from the Reservation details form to the new tab called Payers. That tab represents the same functionality as Edit payers option, but is more intuitive and transparent.
