What’s new? From now on, there is an additional setting called View all reservations available on Travel agent user window.
Benefits? When adding a new travel agent user to the system, you can choose if this user will be able to see only personally made reservations or all reservations made by all travel agent users in the company. In other words, now you can easily define which reservations each travel agent user can see and therefore access.
How? Choose Partners → Travel agents from the main menu. Double-click one Travel agent and switch to Users tab.
Click the New button and fill in travel agent user’s details. Under Other details field, in the User type drop down list, choose Travel agent.
A new check box called View all reservations will appear. Select the check box if you want to grant this user privilege to see all reservations made by all agents in the company or do not select the check box if you want this user to see only the reservations he or she made.
