What’s new? We have enabled a simple tour departures update for all departures that don’t have reservations. Until now, if a simple tour had any reservation, no departures could be updated.  Now you can update all departures that are not booked.

Benefits? In case you have more simple tour departures and some of them changed with time, you can easily make an update if those are not booked yet. When updating departures the system will display a message with dates that are booked and cannot be modified. The system will not allow update of booked departures.

How? Enter one simple tour Price list tab. Click on Update departure icon.

Notice the message that displays dates that cannot be modified.

Try to update this dates and save the change. The system will not allow changes on booked departures.
