What’s new? From now you can choose 3 options on reissue ticket screen: Import as a new ticket, Import ticket data only and Import as reissue ticket.

Benefits? This modification will allow you import data from Galileo/Amadeus without changing prices or triggering automatic actions.

How? This functionality can be used on any Flight ticket in Lemax. For example, select a reservation that have at least one flight ticket. Than click on the „Import reissue flight ticket on the existing item“ icon.

This will open a new window with all flight tickets imported from Amadeus/Galileo. In left top corner you will have a new combo box option „Reimport Type“. You will be able to pick one of the listed options:
• Import as a new ticket. This option will import prices and flight ticket data to the reservation item and it will replace the current prices and flight information.
• Import ticket data only. This option will import flight ticket data to the reservation item and it will replace only current flight information. The prices will remain the same.
• Import as reissue ticket. This option will import flight ticket data to the reservation item and it will replace the current flight information. The prices from the ticket will be added to the current prices on the reservation item.

Each option in “Reimport Type” will have a tooltip which will always remind you what is the respectful course of action for each option.

After you have checked the needed flight ticket and picked a matching option on „Reimport Type” just click on the „Import“ button.
