What’s new? From now on, you can filter your Invoice documents through new filters: Document status and Payment status.

Benefits? Till now, you were able to filter you Invoices only through Show unpaid check box and you had to check additionally whether that Invoice is completely paid or not. These filters will help you to specify status of Invoices and make more accurate filtering. 

How? Choose Documents > Invoices from the main menu.

Explanation of Document statuses:

Active: Invoices that are active. These documents have positive or negative amounts, depending on whether they are (re)created Invoices or Cancellation documents.

Cancelled: Invoices that are cancelled. These documents have positive amounts.

Cancellation documents: All cancellation invoices. These documents have negative amounts. They are created after you cancel an Invoice.

 Explanation of Payment statuses:

Overpaid: Invoices that were paid more than required on the document. These documents have negative amount in Remaining column which shows you the amount that should be returned to your customer.

Paid: Invoices that are fully paid.

Unpaid with transactions: Invoices that are partially paid.

Without transactions: Unpaid Invoices that don’t have any transactions.
