What’s new? Email templates give the ability to define templates that can be used for sending documents per email to clients/customers/suppliers.
How? There can be defined different templates for different email communication content. Once the template is defined it can be used when sending an email to any partner. So, when answering an email, it gives the opportunity to select the template and have the whole text, signature, picture ready to be send!
Benefits? Templates save time and help the daily rutine by making administrative actions faster and quicker!
Go to Options > Email templates and add a template you wish to have.
When sending an email, you will get displayed all templates you created, and you can easily select the one you need.
