Passport issuing country on the customer form

What’s new

We have added a new field to the “Customer” form. The new field, named “Passport Issuing Country,” already exists on the “Passenger” form. These changes are reflected across the UI and API mappings.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched.

Problem being solved

The previous system version lacked sufficient passport information fields, limiting data granularity and causing sync issues with field mapping between the Passenger and Customer forms in the back office.

Benefit for the users

The addition of the “Passport Issuing Country” field simplifies entering and managing passport information at the Customer level. 

How it works

Customer Form

This information can only be added next to the Customer type=”Person”, not “Company”.

New field is integrated into the document engine to support document generation with the new data fields.
