What’s new

When generating supplier invoices, we aim to streamline the process by enabling an automatic population of all amounts.

Additionally, we implemented a “Select All” option to close invoices on the same screen.

These proposed modifications prioritize user experience (UX) enhancements.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Efficiency in daily operations before the development, the users had to click on icons one by one.

How it works

A new checkbox is added on the supplier invoice creation screen to “Autofill All Amounts”:

  • Clicking the autofill all amounts checkbox automatically populates the relevant fields with accurate amounts based on existing rules or calculations.
  • The amount is transferred to the field but can still be edited and corrected manually.

A “Select All” checkbox is added on the screen next to the title closed in the supplier invoice document creation window:

  • Clicking the “Select All” option automatically selects all open invoices for closure.
  • Users have the option to manually deselect specific invoices if needed.
  • When deselecting one line item, you are not deselecting all selected checkboxes; you are deselecting just that item.

What’s new

We added a visible horizontal scroll bar in the reservation detail window.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Efficiency in daily operations – we want to improve the horizontal scroll bar so you don’t have to scroll through reservation details to be able to move left-right.

How it works

The scrollbar is visible no matter the window size or number of reservation details.
