This month, we are launching exciting product updates in Lemax. Learn about the details below (available from July 10th, 2025).

What’s new

A new filter has been added to the OPS report at the Group and Subgroup levels to allow inclusion of reservation items from the same reservation that are not part of the selected package, helping users identify pre- and post-departure items.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Users previously had difficulty identifying pre- and post-departure items outside the main package, which made it easy to miss operational impacts when the first hotel in the package was changed.

Benefit for the users

Users can now easily identify all connected items, even those not part of the main package, ensuring full operational visibility and smoother handling of booking dependencies.

How it works

New Filter in OPS Report: “Show reservation items from customers’ reservations”

  • Available only on the Group and Subgroup levels of the OPS report.
  • When enabled, this filter includes all regular (non-package) items from all reservations that book the currently selected package.
  • For Group level: fetches from reservations in all selected subgroups (based on subgroup filter).
  • For Subgroup level: fetches from reservations in the single subgroup.
  • Included: Items not part of the selected package but in the same reservation that books the package.
  • Excluded: Items that are also packages, even if in the same reservation.
