Ordering components on FIT tours

What’s new

Users can now manually reorder components within an FIT Tour Product using drag & drop. This enables full control over the sequence of package elements directly in the Components tab.

This update is automatically available to you once the release is launched. Please note that the usage of this update could depend on system setups (which modules/products you use) and user roles.

Problem being solved

Previously, components in an FIT Tour Product were displayed only in the order they were added, with no option to rearrange them. This made it difficult for users to structure packages logically, align sequencing with real travel flow, or manage dependencies between components.

Benefit for the users

Users now have full flexibility to organize their tour products exactly as needed. This improves package presentation, ensures correct operational sequencing, and streamlines the product setup process, reducing workarounds and manual adjustments on reservation level once the package is booked.

How it works

Manual reordering of components

• Each component in the Components tab now includes a drag icon
• Users can drag and drop components to any position in the list
• The new order is automatically saved immediately after dropping
• The UI refreshes instantly to reflect the updated sequence, without requiring a page reload
  
  Note: The browser page needs to be set to 100% zoom for the drag-and-drop function to work.

  • Back-office
  • Shopping cart
  • L5 API (SOAP and REST)
