You should check if the services have been entered in the back office on a different season from the season that’s first loaded on the booking form. Unfortunately, when you change the season by changing the dates on the booking form, the services from the new season are not loaded. We are aware of this issue, and this is currently not supported.
This is only an issue when the newly selected dates are in a different season from the initial dates. If you’re changing the dates within the season, this will not be an issue.
Also, this can be circumvented by coming to the booking form with the correct dates set, instead of picking the correct dates from the form itself.
