I’ve made a change to a product, but the change is not reflected on my website.
The products are cached for 30 minutes, and any change to them is visible after the cache expires. You can clear the cache manually by going to Options- > Settings -> General settings -> Clear cache . In that case, changes will be reflected on the website immediately.
Can you add some new feature or a property for display on the booking form?
Since the booking form is shared by all our clients, we do not make functional changes lightly, as it impacts all of them. You can customize the appearance of the booking form by overriding our default CSS code, but it is unlikely we will make any significant functional changes to it.
When I change dates on the booking form, the services that should be available for those dates are not displayed. Instead, the services for the initial dates are displayed.
You should check if the services have been entered in the back office on a different season from the season that’s first loaded on the booking form.
