New UI Launch
We’ve updated the user interface of the entire system making it modern and clean so that you can focus on the content more easily. The updated color palette and refined typography enhance the readability of the system to speed up your workflow. The new icon system uses familiar shapes and a uniform color scheme to create a less cluttered workspace. All these changes are reflected on new form elements, buttons, main navigation, modal windows, grids, and dashboard making them more easily readable.
Scroll down to see some of the new screens, and the list of changed functionalities to be fully prepared for the launch!

Changed Functionalities
Added new user icon on the menu bar
Now user icon has been added to the main menu. All personal settings links are added here, so you can find personal settings much faster than before.
All settings that are now hidden behind the user icon, were before behind Options/Settings. With this functionality we allowing users to have the same functionality but with fewer clicks.

Added color coding for status on reservation grid
The current reservation booking status is easily distinguished at the All reservations screen.

Move ‘Edit columns’ functionality to the left
We moved the Edit column functionality to the left side.

Data export
We grouped together all data export functionality under one link Data Export on the left bottom side of the window, and we added a new link with the export option which can be opened on mouse click.

Reservation grid: New icons and contextual menu
We have changed most of our icons on the reservation grid with the new contextual menu, behind which we hide all available options.

Booking form: New icons and contextual menu
We have changed most of our icons on the reservation details with the new contextual menu, behind which we hide all available options.

Barchart labels
We changed the way how revenue data are displayed in the bar chart on the dashboard. M represents millions and K thousands.

A new set of default columns in the operations grid
In the operation report we changed the name of some columns and changed default columns to be displayed:
Names have been changed for:
- Operational No. to OPS No.
- New supplier status to Supplier Status
- Customer Reservation to res. No

New additional field on reservation grid
Previously we had 2 default columns on the reservation grid: Name (that was product name) and Type (that was the unit name). We concatenated two fields together, to show it in a more efficient and easily readable way.

The New Product Column will become the last visible column in the reservation grid.
There are a couple of scenarios in this case:
- if not needed, go to Edit Column and remove it,
- if you want to be placed somewhere else go to the Edit Column and drag and drop it in the correct place
- if not displayed in two-row, the user needs to go to the Edit Column and restore the default.
- Note that in that case, grid customization will be overridden and new customization will be needed

Differentiate regular vs ops booking
We changed the way in which we are showing operation reservations, added an operational label on the top of the window, and abandoned the color-coding of the grid header.

Changed default columns for Passengers
We changed the column layout for passenger view to fewer columns in a default view. There is still an option to add as many columns as you like.
